Audience
This program is designed for prescribers and dispensers who are currently providing or preparing to implement medication assisted treatment (MAT).
Overview
Primary care, ER physicians and other prescribers are increasingly engaged in planning and implementing medication assisted treatment (MAT) to address opioid use disorder. Collaboration with pharmacists is critical for successful programming.
This evening program will provide an opportunity to learn about and discuss implementing MAT in the context of the existing SAMHSA guidelines and DEA regulations.
